Reporter Profile:
Wu Xiaodan, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Southwest Jiaotong University. She has been selected for the National Young Talent Program, Sichuan Provincial Outstanding Youth Science Fund, Sichuan "Tianfu Emei Plan", Chengdu "Rongpiao Plan", and the Yanghua Scholar Program of Southwest Jiaotong University. Her research focuses on theories and methods of space-air-ground collaborative observation, as well as quantitative remote sensing validation and quality assessment. She has published over 40 papers as first or corresponding author in leading journals such as RSE, IEEE TGRS, ESSD, ESR, and Journal of Remote Sensing. She serves on the editorial board of Journal of Remote Sensing, has received the Li Xiaowen Young Scientist Award in Remote Sensing, and has led more than 10 research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
