Zhang Yang, Ph.D., Associate Editor, Deputy Director of the Journal Publishing and Information Service Center of the Agro-Environmental Protection Institute, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Director of the Editorial Department of Agricultural Environment and Sustainability. She serves as a Council Member of the Tianjin Society for Scientific and Technical Periodicals and a member of its Youth Committee, as well as a member of the Editorial Working Committee of the China Society of Natural Resources. She previously served as Director of the Editorial Department of the Journal of Agricultural Resources and Environment. She has led projects including the Youth Talent Support Project under the "Excellence Action Plan for Chinese Scientific and Technical Journals", the project of the Key Laboratory for Integrated Publishing Development of the National Press and Publication Administration, the Research Fund Project of the China Agricultural Journal Network, and the "Xiaobian·Renhe" Fund Project. She has received numerous honors, including Tianjin Outstanding Young Editor, Outstanding Talent of Chinese Agricultural Journals, "March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter" in the Chinese agricultural journal industry, the Editor-in-Chief Golden Talent Award of the Agricultural Science and Technology Journal Publishing Awards, and the Second Prize in the Tianjin Division of the 4th National Newspaper and Periodical Editing and Proofreading Skills Competition.
