At the invitation of Prof. Gou Xiaohua, and Prof. Zhang Junzhou from the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Lanzhou University, and the Key Laboratory of Western China's Environmental Systems, Ministry of Education, China, Prof. Li Qiang from Xi'an Jiaotong University will visit our university for academic exchange and deliver a lecture. Reporter Profile:

Li Qiang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Xi'an Jiaotong University. He is a Leading Talent of the Shaanxi Province High-Level Special Support Program and a Young Top-notch Talent of Xi'an Jiaotong University. He received his Ph.D. in Science from Nagoya University, Japan, in 2011. His research interests include tree-ring isotopes and global climate change, dendrochronology, stable isotope geochemistry, and plant physiological ecology. He has published 113 papers (45 as first or corresponding author), including in renowned international SCI journals such as Nature CommunicationsPNASNational Science Reviewers, and Science Bulletin. He has received numerous honors and awards from the Ministry of Education, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Shaanxi Province. He has also led multiple national-level research projects.
